Since that pic I've done that as well. :-) It's a west facing window so the sun destroys my bedroom in the afternoon.

I had blinds up but the dry wall is so badly damaged I can't get a spot to screw into anymore to put a new set of blinds up. So, we went with a blanket held in place by push pins.
