"This is what happens when Christian kids are told having sex before marriage takes away your "purity" and that shacking up with a significant other/fiance[e] is tantamount to "living in sin." You get a whole lot of people rushing into marriage after dating for a short amount of time, only to find they're not compatible with their spouse and/or that their spouse has serious emotional issues"
