Still unlimited transfers and selling players who are at a discount is done at the price you paid.

The new rules (except the $150M) are actually what the MLS game does and it works nicely. Having a bench in MLS is even more important because you only get 2 or 3 transfers each week (plus a wildcard in each half of the season lets you reshuffle everyone).

* obviously it's 150 million pounds, not dollars (darn you Bery)
