Remember a couple of days ago I mentioned my friend having trouble with Carmax and a van and it's electrical security that stranded them for days?

She went to go talk to the GM of the Carmax store. Not only did he compensate her for the hotel stays, but she walked out of there with cash. On the spot.

Customer service done well stories are nice.
