I had watched the first two episodes on-line at AMC TV a few weeks back.

It's presented as one episode (premiere) but it's really two.
Then I just bought from Amazon on a per episode basis. Except Ep 10 which wasn't yet on Amazon so I got it from ITunes.
You can get a 'TVPass' for the season from Amazon. But if the first two are still free on Amazon, then it's cheaper to buy individually eps since there will only be 12 total
