You shouldn't trade a first round pick for anything. The reason why is one of economics.

You will get a topflight player with that pick in the draft. That will bring your core to six players. If you trade the first round draft pick, even if you are getting a great player, your core will be only five players after round one. You are not filling a void by such a move. You are creating one.
I just looked at our rosters and here is a trade I would offer you:
Me:
Eli Manning
Tony Gonzalez
Reggie Wayne
You:
Tom Brady
Jimmy Graham
You would get younger at QB but significantly worse. You would also upgrade me at TE in that the players are a relative wash but this is Tony Gonzalez's last season. At some point over the next 13 months, you would need to find a replacement TE, whether that be in this draft, during the season or in the next draft. In return, I would give you the #7 receiver in football last year. You currently do not have a 1,000 yard receiver on your roster.
Whether you take this deal or not -- and it's totally fine if you don't -- I would be happy to provide you counsel on trades. I do this for several players across BF.
