pretty much (England, Germany, and Spain will also be the best) but MLS tv contracts are only going to rise in value and money talks.

definitely there will be more SA players wanting to get out of their countries and that's where a lot of the improvements will be.
also, a few Aus and NZ players are coming now, and that will likely increase, along with some asian guys wanting NA lifestyle.
