Yeah, they really cocked it up with the new update.

So many complaints, but I think my biggest is that cars 2-21 aren't actually trying to win the race themselves, they're trying to keep you from winning the race. They'll try and ram you off the road, brake in the middle of a straightaway, etc. I've definitely not been playing it as much.
