He was asked to stop by a neighbor whose kid was sleeping.

After he went inside, fireworks guy said "your kid can go back to sleep now, I'm done now. Fuckin idiots." He didn't realize Will was outside taping him.

Will went out to talk to the neighbor as fireworks guy was speeding away, yelling "fucking idiots!" Directly at them this time. After Will flipped him off, he called the cops.

They have found a lot of evidence if fireworks in the court (one bounced off a truck). Sheriffs are coming to see the video proof. Not a very clear video (we didn't turn on the night feature) but hopefully it's enough.
