Just cause others did it, here is my xcom players report

In the first mission, recruit spamlet lost his nerve and tried to hide behind a car that was on fire. Sadly, he died.

Unril much later, i sufferd no additional deaths. Spawn became a heavy, ml a sniper, jenbro a heavy, andie a healer, groiny a sniper, mara is a close combat specialist, so is meg.

Eventually, two new recruits were called up ( due to injuries ) and sadly, recruit znufir and almohada died shortly into their first mission. Znu didnt read history, and tried to hide behind a car that was on fire. Almo decided to panic after his death, and ran staight into the enemy.
