As it should be. I don't get why they think they'll get away with more than 50 games if it's his first offense.

I understand almost no one likes him but you can't suspend a guy because he's an asshole or unlikeable.
There are rules and contracts and according to them he should only be suspended for 50 games for a first offense.
He never tested positive before. I don't know what Selig is thinking. Does he want this to get to the court system like it did with Clemens?
