I'd be annoyed if baseball punished him a second time for being on the client list of this place (same with Grandal and Melky Cabrera) knowing they almost assuredly already were punished for using this place's products.

And as far as we know, he has done nothing to try to submarine any investigation since Biogenesis came out in January.

So, I look at him and the others who got dinged last year that they served a punishment already for this.
