but the cops won't do anything because it wasn't Under Oath-worthy.

So apparently, our HOA wants to wait till he burns someone's house down before it's a concern. Or someone beats him to a pulp.

Wait, those are police actions.

Fuckers. My grass though, too long....$50 fine.
