In response to "Thanks. At some point I do want to see a show again." by Mel Profit

I don't think I gave my report on his show here at Taste of Chicago.

I thought he was great. Honestly when he came out I was really worried. He just looked old. Kind of hunched over. But I swear as the music and the show built it was like watching him get younger. Lots of african music mixed in with a an african musician touring with him playing a variety of weird instruments. The band was really good. And I swear when they did Whole Lotta Love (which started with an interesting jazz/african introduction) when the guitar riff kicked in, I got chills. My daughter had the same reaction. It was a relatively short set (about 1:20-1:30), but I really enjoyed it. And their opening act, the Lone Bellow, was very good as well.
