it will involve some meds and maybe some CBT but it will.

I know we're saying we care for you and I hope that means something to you even in your current state, but it will mean even more later when you're feeling better.

Also, this may or may not be convincing at the moment but we would be truly crushed if anything drastic happened. Just thinking about that possibility is making me cry so please don't do anything like that to me, err us.

If it gets really bad you need to stay with someone or have someone stay with you.

I do have tons of hope for you. You are reaching out so at some levels you do want to come out of this.
