my guess, the arbiter will get the case after this season's over, and then reduce the penalty to one full season.
ARod gets off a bit, baseball still gets a big penalty to stick, the Yankees get 1/4 of the relief they want....the players union gets to talk about how justice was done in the over-reaching suspension...
