Just based on a few titles I tried this out on right now

It's not charging me for S&H when I choose to buy "disc only" titles. Even when I added a title with case and artwork, it's charging me 25 cents S&H via USPS.
Interestingly, the site is charging me tax... although I don't know if Amazon or others have started doing that now as well.
