Everything else is bullshit. If you have a good solid cast...everything else will take care of itself.

And I get it...sometimes you interview someone and they're great...then get out there and suck ass.

But they miss WAY more than they hit these days...and it starts with recruiting instead of casting people that want to be on the show.
