I like the Fraser Institute a good deal and have found costs to be cheaper than what we expected, but this release is flawed, flawed, flawed.

Didn't include childcare costs at all in their calculation. That's $7200 for toddlers in a provincial daycase, $4000 for older. Many folks pay more.
