I would drop Vick for Palmer.

But I'm not a Vick fan, and I doubt he can stay healthy.
Maybe Gates is back, but I prefer the guys I took in Blood Feud (Sudfeld, Jordan Cameron) to your TEs. But they are unproven.
Get what you can, if anything, for McFadden. There might even be better on the waiver wire.
I prefer Givens to Austin. And if you can include Wallace with McFadden to upgrade at WR or RB, do it. But I like Wallace less than most.
I would drop one of your WRs for RB depth, if anyone decent was there.
