This "pro-business" posture that conservatives present is such bullshit. It's not pro-business at all. It's about whoever gives them more money. If Musk started sprinkling campaign donations around Texas, he'd get his way. If the Sierra Club or PETA did the same, Texas would be covered in solar panels instead of oil rigs and feed lots.

Dying business models shouldn't be propped up, they should be killed in favor of new ones that will generate more revenue and contribute to payroll and tax income.
