My pr0n knowledge has dropped consirably in recent years, but I've got a buddy who works for a hosting site. (non spoils)

He's mentioned it before and says it's rough, but definitely staged (he's had meetings with their producers at trade shows) and nothing out of the ordinary for the rough or group sex catagory.
