the clients have read it a month ago, you haven't heard a word nor have you lost any clients over it, frankly sending them is a wasted effort

think about what it costs and instead send clients a first quarter and then every year gift.

I used to get a birthday card from my insurance agent, it was so cheap, like the cheapest possible filmsy paper and watery ink, its more of an annoyance if not an insult.
