OK, so the condo I want is back on the market. The old lady changed realtors & lowered the price $7.5k.

Listing went up today. The new price is 3.5k over my upper limit for this place. I'm meeting my realtor after work tomorrow to see it again (hopefully, if the owner is willing). $3.5k isn't all that much, right? I should just put in an offer now. I wanted to but my realtor (probably rightly so) said I should see it again (with different eyes, she said). Plus, I think she wants to feel out the other realtor.
