Thank you for writing. I understand that you received a survey from us but have been unable to access it. I am very sorry to hear that you've had trouble with the survey and I want to help you.
However, to accurately assist you I will need a copy of the email that you received. Once I have this information I will forward it to DIRECTV’s IT Support Center for review. Our IT Support Center is a group of highly trained experts who will be able to identify the cause of this issue and distribute a fix.
