Depends on how the dialers are set up. If the person actually answered the call...the dialer would register that as a contact and would not call

it depends on how it's programmed. Ours are not for collections so they aren't that aggressive, but contact/no-contact do put in different callback ti

Exactly...and a company who is trying to collect money is going to be way more aggressive, I would think.

That should fall under normal creditor harassment laws, not a special law for cell phones. -- nm
