It then becomes policing intent of the usage. If you just ban it outright you don't have to get to the intent.

- I think it's less a slippery slope, and more that MLB wouldn't be able to disprove anyone claiming they tested positive for healing reasons. - Inigo Aug 23, 08:39 1
