And it would have a 2nd bathroom. In the basement, probably, but still.

A big reason why I was OK with moving away from Boston was because of the high cost of property. Rents kept going up, and there would never be a chance for me to buy something unless I won the lottery. I regret (a little) not looking for something here sooner. But then I was thinking I might get out of here sooner. Now I'm here for a while longer, if not permanently, so why not own?
