outright, no counter. The bitch. My realtor is trying to find out from her realtor why she won't counter. I'm guessing it's the ghost of her dead husband guilting her for lowering the price from what she promised him she'd sell it at.

I just sent an e-mail to my realtor (who is out this afternoon with another client) that I want to go back in at asking price but see if we can get more concessions out of her (not sure what, I'm leaving that up to the imagination of my realtor).

I'm tired of looking for something that's almost as good as this place is. I'm going to be in it for a long while. If I can't do all the updating right now because I'm paying more for it, I'll take care of it down the road.
