I always have a hard time comparing our market to national trends.

Knoxville starts at mile marker 398 and "ends" at mile marker 373. In the 25 miles comprised, the north/south aspect is about 16 miles deep. So this as spread out as any major metropolitan area in the south, and the south is much more spread out than the north.
