I'm fine with it personally. I don't see a problem since they're words that are part of out language and if used well convey the message the person is trying to put out there. Sure, it's done to shock or like you said because they're lazy or uneducated and can't come up with a better word. But I have no problem with people cursing in music, TV, films, etc.
