Most of those aren't costing America jobs though.

For example, cement is cheap to make and expensive to transport, so it makes sense to make it near to where it's going to be used. Because so much of the world's new construction is in China, and because Western economies don't need so much new infrastructure it's no surprise 60% of cement is made there. If Western economies were healthier, more cement would be made in Western economies.
Similarly with solar cells, so many are made in China because China's current and future energy demands are so enormous. (And it's about capacity, rather than actual output. China being China, there could be a lot of idle solar cell plants that were built for political reasons)
I'd say the main ones to think about are computers and mobile phones. But neither have been made in America for years and years.
