I have a decent sized energy efficient combo convection/toaster/rotisserie oven that we use for baking in the summer.

I'm not a stupid wilting flower, it's just fucking hot here in the summer. This summer has been hotter than normal. We've had 8 weeks with 90+ temps, 6 of them were 100+.

Baking for an hour overwhelms our a/c. Then it has to run longer because when your walls, floors, and furniture get warm to the touch, it's more difficult to cool the air. Also, the big oven uses more energy than the small one.
