Wine Quiz (because I'm too ADHD for law Quiz and this is more fun)...

What type of wine would you serve with this dinner that I just made:

Cucumber Tomato Onion Salad w/Red Wine Vinaigrette and Fresh Basil

Smothered Pork Chops in a Shallot/Parsley Gravy

Velvety Mashed Potatoes (I opted out of adding garlic because the flavor profile of the meal was already developed enough - at least I think.)

Pot o' Kale Greens flecked w/Bacon

Dessert will probably be either cannoli and/or choc chip cookie dough ice cream

Any suggestions?
