The other day I saw a baby carriage with a side car - sorta...

They had attached a skateboard to the left rear wheel of the carriage so the older kid could ride along as mom pushed the baby.
They cut a U-shaped slot in the front of the skateboard and attached it to the carriage wheel's axle.
