Ohhhh. Make a reservation for a character breakfast. The Contemporary Resort does a nice buffet and a bunch of characters circulate and do photos with

the kids. You can do your character pics then and stay out of the crush when one shows up in the park. The Contemporary is cool because the monorail goes through the middle of it, I think he'd love it.
