There are four entree choices

1. Boursin Crusted Beef Fillet
Grilled tenderloin of beef with a Boursin crust presented with asparagus, balsamic grilled tomatoes and whipped potatoes

2. Potato Chip Crusted Halibut
With red pepper thyme and caper parsley sauces

3. Ravioli
Cheese ravioli with tomato cream sauce

4. Red Thai Curry Chicken
Accompanied by jasmine rice
