humm, throughout the Bush Admin those areas were getting more and more dangerous with knappings, mass murder and local gangs more like rebel armies

Only *now* they decide to post warnings?
20 years ago we used to go to Ixtapa every winter, but the last time we heard about a gang rape in hotel each night.
I was in the lobby waiting for some friends when I heard thse complaints at the desk, seems the hotel was billing one couple twice, see they had to get another room after they were beaten and she was raped but sorry they couldn't rent the room to anyone else so they had to pay forit.
