1) Volume: Understand the number of entries they need to update and handle each day. Basically one user entry for every person in the US of A.

2) This is the Soc Security Administration. Been around for several years and has older tech behind it..somewhere. And imagine the number of systems it syncs up with.......
3)Backups. Theres a need to backup the data and ensure the backups are good. Imagine if they lost data.
