well yeah, people living in the middle of nowhere means they have fewer jobs available and can work for less with less overhead than a city job

often as much as 10x less, I mean look at all the Mumbai call centers, compare that to what it costs to have someone answer the phones in Manhattan
hell, they now have someone in the midwest answer the drive in window in Portland cause its s couple bucks less
