a nuclear power, right? i mean, chances are good there are some of the nation's nukes stored in Texas, right?
and on the other hand, it'd help curb illegal immigration into the United States, right? i mean, the Mexicans wouldn't be crossing the border into *America* anymore ...
third of all .... i'd have to look it up, but does Texas produce any oil? insert your own observations here ...
and finally, for now at least ... if they seceded, I'd be tempted to move there. what's the worst thing that can happen? Obama gets congressional permission to spank Texas back in line and back into the Union ...
