There's not many games where you get the chance to throw 7 TD's without running up the score.

with 5 minutes left in the game, it's a 15pt game and the running game for Denver was getting less than 3ypc. Passing was the best chance they had to ice the game.
Most times when you're killing it, you're either up substantially or in a position where you can kill the clock by running it.
