1. Check in for the cheap Hotels.com rate.

2. Go to that room, open the door to discover there are other people in that room.

3. Apologetic front desk person gives you a new better room.

Honestly I didn't care - if anyone should be pissed it's the people's who room I was given a key to - they weren't there when I walked in.
