For all the drama, it was pretty predictable I thought. In the quickfire, Leah once again looked disinterested, and Jamie made something that featured egg and downplayed crayfish. It was pretty obvious that Jeff's dish was the best.

Though I thought Stefan could have gone home ... he missed with the gumbo, he missed with the beignet, and he missed with the cocktail. What ultimately saved him was, he made an authentic menu choice and Fabio was less familiar with the region.

I correctly predicted Jeff and Fabio ... I just didn't think they could make Jeff the winner. They got enough mileage out of the concept of bringing someone back, they didn't need to take it further.

I was impressed with Hosea, his dishes seemed like they had a lot going on.

I still expect Stefan to win.
