I think a bit of both. Philly lowered the tempo and the Redskins did a better job

If Philly is smart they'll work out the pace a bit better to keep the pressure on without wearing themselves out by the third quarter.
My big concern is still the defense. They had a great first half, but then seemed to die in the second as well.
