What purpose does lighting up a few mobile missile launchers serve? Nothing.
Anyone killed is there by basic coercion / lack of power. They had as much to do with the actual decision as a BoA cashier did with the purchase of Countrywide.
You want to make them feel your power, make them feel your power.
If it's worth fighting for, it's worth winning.
Sides, we all know the 5yr old kid of the janitor will one day lead the revolution against us, it's in every epic fantasy movie.
