QHDP - $2,500 deductible- out of pocket max $2,500, physician services, outpatient diagnostic, outpatient surgery, inpatient hospital, emergency care, drugs -- all paid 100% after deductible. out of network is paid, after deductible, at 80%.

Normal Plan - $1,000 deductible - out of pocket max $4,000. physician service $30, diagnositc and labs pays 80% after deductible, urgent care $50 copay, outpatient & inpatient surgery 80% after deductible, emergency care $150 copy for emergency room charges only, everything else is 80% after deductible. Drugs tiered at $5, $15, $15, after $100 seperate deductible.
