There should be a lot more suspensions. The fines are meaningless to these guys.

For example, Suh isn't hurting after that $100k fine and it's not likely going to prevent him from inflicting more illegal hits.
Suspensions might be more effective at getting the players attention. One game for the second infraction, three for a third and six for any after that.
