I couldn't believe how upfront about that kind of issue he was in that interview in Parade magazine yesterday. He basically said he needs the money.

His options were a tv series, touring doing standup or doing independent films, often for scale and not even sure if they'll get released. He picked the steady paycheck with the least life disruption.
