Breaking Bad spoiler question

I think we can assume at this point that Walt's phone call was an attempt to get Skyler off the hook with the police.

My question: The note Walt pinned to Holly. It looks like her address was on it. Do we think it also included a suicide note? If everyone thought Walt was dead, they'd stop looking for him.
